Executive overview

One coordinator. Every ground detail.

TOTOMOVES acts as the operational bridge between Aspen Ski Club's arrival in Santiago and its training base in the Araucanía — keeping people, ski equipment, vehicles and decisions moving together.

01 / ARRIVAL

Airport-ready reception

Vehicle pickup sequence, passenger regrouping, equipment count and a controlled southbound departure.

02 / MOVEMENT

A fleet built around the team

Two passenger vans supported by the TOTOMOVES Sprinter for ski and expedition equipment.

03 / CONTROL

One local point of contact

Route, fuel, tolls, overnight coordination, local checks and contingencies managed as one operation.

THE STANDARD

“Aspen arrives in Chile, and TOTOMOVES has already thought it through.”
Ground transportation & logistics coordinator
02

Journey architecture

Santiago to Corralco, with no loose handoffs.

A 45–60 minute Saltos del Laja visit fits the southbound schedule without compromising Hotel Termas check-in.

HOTEL TERMAS · DIRECT CONFIRMATION

24-hour reception and arrival at any hour confirmed.

Confirmed
Check-inFrom 15:00
Reception24 hours
Latest arrivalAny time
Late-arrival chargeNone

Confirmed directly in writing by Hotel Termas reception on 10 August 2026: at 14:22 they confirmed 24-hour reception, check-in from 15:00, arrival at any hour and no surcharge; at 14:30 they confirmed no check-in notice is required and same-day notice is sufficient when dining; at 14:37 they confirmed restaurant entry and ordering until 21:00. The direct 15:00 confirmation supersedes the earlier 14:00 time shown in the website terms.

  • Arrival accepted at any hour, with no additional charge.
  • Notice requirement: No notice required for check-in; if dining, the hotel recommends notice on the day of arrival.
  • Restaurant: Latest restaurant entry and order: 21:00.
  • Dinner protection: Hotel reception confirmed that 20:30–21:00 is acceptable for a 14-person dinner. TOTOMOVES will remain more conservative: target arrival 15:00–15:30, escalate delays at 18:30 and protect 19:30–20:00 as the latest planned arrival so the group can unload and settle in before dinner.
  • Operational protection: the itinerary targets 15:00–15:30, with direct late-arrival acceptance as contingency.

  6. 13:12–14:45Fuel, lunch and contingency buffer
  7. 15:00–15:30Operational target and check-in

Confirmed viable. The nature-first schedule preserves the full waterfall visit, adds a generous operating buffer and targets arrival after standard check-in begins. Reception is open 24 hours, but the operating plan protects dinner before the restaurant's 21:00 closing time; delays are escalated from 18:30 and the latest planned arrival is 19:30–20:00.

TTMFILMS · OPTIONAL CAMP COVERAGE

Bring home more than a training camp.

I'm Cristóbal Middleton — founder of TOTOMOVES, sports photographer, filmmaker and ski instructor. Because I travel with the team, I can document the complete Chile experience with continuity: arrival, the road south, Saltos del Laja, life in Corralco and the strongest moments on snow.

The result is a professional visual story for athletes, families, sponsors and Aspen Ski Club — captured by someone who understands both ski performance and mountain safety.

Filming is scheduled outside active driving duties. Safety and transport responsibilities always come first.
